At Drop'NTech™, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a full refund.

• Product condition: The product must be in perfect condition, with all parts, accessories, and original packaging.

3. Please use a tracked shipping service; we are not responsible for lost parcels.

Return Information:

1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. No restocking fees will be charged to the customer.

3. The return address will be provided upon the customer’s request.

Refund:

• After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
• You will receive a refund confirmation by email.

Exceptions: Customized, health-related, or perishable products are non-refundable.
